📸Booking & Payment
To secure your appointment, payment is due at the time of booking. This reserves your spot on the calendar and covers pre-shoot preparation, especially for time-sensitive listings.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Final images will be delivered after full payment is received.

🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee
• On-site cancellation or no-show: $75 fee + 50% of the original package rate

Note: Rescheduling due to weather will not incur a fee—interior photos may still proceed if conditions allow.

🚗 Travel FeesA travel fee will be applied for any location more than 30 miles from Colorado Springs, to account for mileage and travel time.
